About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Intake Auditor to join our team at Boohoo Group. As a Senior Intake Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet defined quality standards set by Product Technology/ Product Safety & Compliance.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that involves managing the inspection processes at inbound delivery, conducting inspections and audits, and supporting the DC Product Manager on a day-to-day basis. You will be responsible for leading and guiding intake auditors, providing training, direction, and support to ensure consistent and accurate evaluations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct post-shipment inspections and targeted audits to ensure products meet established quality standards.
  • Identify and document defects, inconsistencies, or deviations from quality standards.
  • Record inspection results accurately and promptly in designated systems or forms.
  • Ensure products adhere to industry regulations, standards, and safety guidelines.
  • Analyze quality data and trends to drive informed decision-making.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and provide feedback.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in quality control within the fashion industry.
  • Strong understanding of garment construction, textiles, and manufacturing processes.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in quality control tools, techniques, and methodologies.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
