Senior Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Control Inspector to join our team at Boohoo Group. As a key member of our Responsible Sourcing and Product Operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and guide intake auditors in providing training, direction, and support to ensure consistent and accurate evaluations.
- Conduct post-shipment inspections and targeted audits to verify product quality and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Identify and document defects, inconsistencies, or deviations from quality standards with clear and concise descriptions.
- Record inspection results accurately and promptly in designated systems or forms, generating detailed reports for communication.
- Ensure products adhere to industry regulations, standards, and safety guidelines, staying updated on relevant requirements.
- Analyse quality data and trends to drive informed decision-making, generate detailed reports, and suggest corrective actions to management.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and provide feedback.
- Assist in identifying root causes of quality issues and work with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.
- Proven experience in quality control within the fashion industry, with a track record of managing and leading quality control teams.
- Strong understanding of garment construction, textiles, and manufacturing processes.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in quality control tools, techniques, and methodologies.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to drive process improvements.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to product quality and safety.
