Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Contract Management Specialist to join our team at Austin Fraser. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to develop their skills in contract management and take on new challenges.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in commercial management and be able to lead and provide commercial input for tenders, prepare offers, and lead negotiations to ensure agreements align with business objectives.

As a Contract Management Specialist, you will deliver commercial and legal guidance across all areas of the business to ensure activities are effectively managed from inception to completion. You will also negotiate with domestic and international customers/partners, capturing agreements in appropriate contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and provide commercial input for tenders, prepare offers, and lead negotiations.
  • Deliver commercial and legal guidance across all areas of the business.
  • Negotiate with domestic and international customers/partners.

Salary Range: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum
