Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and support to our nursing staff, promoting excellence in practice and patient care.
  • Contribute to the development of our services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to Trust policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, patients, and families, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.
Requirements
  • First-level Registered Nurse (degree level) with current NMC registration.
  • Evidence of post-registration education and training at HE level 6.
  • Practice Assessor/Supervisor competence.
  • Specialist Community Public Health Nurse qualification (SN).
  • Demonstrable experience working within the safeguarding children arena.
  • Demonstrable experience in delivering health promotion and health education programs.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
