Your responsibilities will include fostering a positive working environment through training and supervision, developing and implementing personalised care plans, and working closely with external agencies, families, and professionals. To be successful in this role, you will require a relevant social care qualification, such as a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, and a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, including OFSTED standards and legislation relating to children's care. * Oversee the daily operation of the children's residential home in accordance with the standards set up by OFSTED/CQC.
* Ensure the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and welfare for all children.
* Foster a positive working environment through training and supervision, inspiring, leading, and managing a team of staff, providing coaching, mentoring, and support to promote professional development and ensure the highest level of care is provided for our children.
* Develop and implement personalised care plans that meet the individual needs of the children.
* Work closely with external agencies, families, and professionals for comprehensive care.
* Maintain all necessary records and documentation in compliance with regulations and company policies.
* Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and take action to achieve continuous improvement.

Requirements:

* Relevant social care qualification ideally Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.
* Ofsted certification.
* Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, including OFSTED standards and legislation relating to children's care.
* A strong commitment to promote the wellbeing and development of children.
