Night Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Enabling Support Worker to join our team at York House, Shrewsbury. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing support and encouragement to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to live a full and flourishing life.
As a Night Enabling Support Worker, you will work closely with our service users, taking direction from their person-centred support plans and maintaining accurate records. You may also be required to administer personal care and medication, ensuring the highest standards of care and support.
