Key Responsibilities:
- Inducting new Support Workers into the team
- Undertaking audits and inspections, and participating in customer reviews
- Providing direct support to customers and assisting them in achieving their goals
- Updating support plans and risk assessments to ensure they are aligned with customer needs
- Leading the local out-of-hours on-call service on a rota basis
We are seeking a highly motivated individual who is passionate about providing high-quality care and support to our customers. If you have excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of adult social care, and the ability to work autonomously, we would love to hear from you.
About The Role:
The salary for this role is £25,000 per annum, which is competitive for a similar position in the industry. As a Lead Service Coordinator, you will be expected to travel between support calls and meetings, and it is preferred that you have access to a vehicle for work purposes.
