Service Delivery Coordinator

Job Description: The Service Delivery Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and prioritizing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and providing day-to-day supervision to administrative staff. You will also be involved in participating in service and quality improvement initiatives, as well as contributing to the appraisal of admin team members. Your ability to effectively communicate with colleagues, clinicians, and patients will be essential in delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:
- To coordinate and prioritize administration tasks to meet the needs of the service.
- To maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with data protection policies.
- To provide day-to-day supervision to administrative staff and delegate tasks as necessary.
- To participate in service and quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the appraisal of admin team members.
Requirements:
- BTEC Diploma/Level 3 Diploma in Leadership and Management or equivalent knowledge gained through relevant work experience.
- Key skills/functional skills in literacy and numeracy Level 2 or O Level (Grade C and above) / New GCSE in Maths and English (Grade 4 to 9).
- Significant experience of working in an administrative environment, including digital audio typing, Microsoft Office applications, diary management, filing systems, collating and presenting information.
- Ability to accurately transcribe data from various sources, including digital dictation software.
Salary and Benefits: The salary range for this position is £26,530 to £29,114 per annum, pro rata. In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including access to our Employee Assistance Programme and opportunities for professional development.
