Job Description:

As a Community Tennis Coordinator Lead at the Scarborough Bluffs Tennis Club, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality tennis programs and services to our members. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee all aspects of tennis operations, including programming, staffing, and facility maintenance.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a passion for tennis, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing tennis programs and services that meet the needs of our members.
  • Supervising staff and contractors to ensure excellent customer service and experience.
  • Maintaining a safe and well-maintained facility, including courts and equipment.
  • Managing day-to-day operations, including scheduling, inventory, and budgeting.
  • Fostering strong relationships with members, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.
