Electronics Development Role

Bluestream People is seeking an Electronics Development Specialist to join our team. As an Electronics Development Specialist, you will be responsible for characterizing electronic components during space radiation testing, measuring and evaluating electronic instruments for performance and reliability, and selecting, assembling, and configuring measurement instruments for testing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Characterize electronic components during space radiation testing
  • Measure and evaluate electronic instruments for performance and reliability
  • Select, assemble, and configure measurement instruments for testing
  • Write code to automate data acquisition

Requirements

  • BSc in Electronics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in using measuring instruments and experience with VISA API and C++ coding
  • Ability to communicate with hardware and instrumentation, including experience with multi-threading applications and writing drivers for individual instruments
  • Hands-on experience with soldering and board prototyping
