About Us

Children and Family Health Devon (CFHD) is an Alliance of six NHS organisations working together to improve health outcomes for children and young people in Devon. We are committed to delivering locality-placed based, integrated access to all of our services, based on the i-Thrive Framework, in response to wide-ranging consultation with our service users and communities.

We work closely with our local universities and support students in clinical training placements. We also support our own staff to undertake post graduate training. We actively engage service users and their families in co-design, facilitated by a dedicated young persons lead role who also works closely with Young Devon.

We value our staff and strive to create an environment that is informal and without pressure. We believe that when staff are positive and friendly, they help to create an environment that is supportive and inclusive.
