Field Service Engineer Role

At Candy Hoover Group S.r.l. we're seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. With a competitive starting salary of £32,916-£37,304.80, depending on experience, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to £37,304.80 once fully trained and meeting minimum requirements.

As a Field Service Engineer, you'll visit customers in their homes, fixing appliance issues and keeping them updated on your progress. You'll be responsible for managing your time effectively, keeping colleagues informed, and maintaining stock levels in your van.

A full, valid driving licence is required, and you'll be rewarded with bonus incentives for upselling our products. You'll be a strong communicator, organised, and dedicated to finding the best outcome for our customers.

We'd like experience in White Goods Engineering, but what we really need is self-motivation and strong technical and customer service skills. Our City and Guilds-assured in-house training will get you ready to deliver brilliant service to our customers.

  • £32,916 per annum starting salary for Field Service Engineers without White Goods/Domestic Appliance experience. Opportunity to earn £37,304.80 once fully trained and meeting minimum requirements
  • £37,304.80 per annum starting salary for Field Service Engineers with a minimum of 6 months recent White Goods Engineering experience
  • Bonus potential of up to £2,500 per annum

The ability to lift & manoeuvre heavy objects, work in restricted spaces, regularly engage hand dexterity and colour vision are considered central requirements.
