Job Summary

Campden BRI is seeking a highly organized and proactive Training Administrator to support the delivery of technical and scientific training to the food and drink industry. The successful candidate will provide administrative support for training courses and events, progress client registrations, and pursue business development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics for training courses and events, including liaison with clients and speakers, materials, and venue requirements.
  • Manage client registrations, including acknowledgement, CRM database, and invoicing.
  • Proactively pursue business development opportunities to enhance income and revenue growth.
  • Host online training sessions, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for delegates.

Requirements

  • Good standard of education (minimum of 5 GCSEs including English and Maths).
  • Proven experience in a training or events administrator role.
  • Fully proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and excellent keyboard skills.
  • Experience of business communication platforms desirable (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc).
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
  • The ability to learn quickly and take on new tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive and can-do attitude, with the ability to sell Campden BRI training services.
