About the Role

Campden BRI is seeking a highly organized and proactive Training Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Training and Events team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional administrative support for our training courses and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Course Administration: Coordinate the logistics of training courses, including liaison with clients, speakers, and venue requirements.
  • Client Registration: Process client registrations, including acknowledgement, CRM database updates, and invoicing.
  • Business Development: Proactively pursue enquiries to enhance income and business development opportunities.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with the delivery team and various stakeholders.
  • Hosting: Support online training delivery by hosting virtual courses, dealing with delegate issues, and explaining platform functionality.
  • Problem Resolution: Resolve problems with internal and external clients in a satisfactory manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Good standard of education, minimum of 5 GCSEs including English and Maths.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a training or events administrator role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Fully proficient in Microsoft Office and excellent keyboard skills.
  • Business Communication: Experience with business communication platforms, such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
  • Adaptability: Ability to learn quickly and take on new tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Proactivity: Proactive can-do attitude with the ability to sell Campden BRI training services.
