Job Summary

Campden BRI is seeking a highly organized and proactive Training Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Training and Events team, you will be responsible for delivering administrative support for training courses and events, ensuring seamless execution and excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics for training courses and events, including liaison with clients, speakers, and vendors.
  • Manage client registrations, acknowledgments, and CRM database updates.
  • Pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and communication.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external clients.
  • Host online training sessions, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for delegates.
  • Resolve issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • Good standard of education (minimum of 5 GCSEs including English & Maths).
  • Proven experience in a training or events administrator role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fully proficient in Microsoft Office and excellent keyboard skills.
  • Experience with business communication platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc.) is desirable.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • The ability to learn quickly and take on new tasks with minimal supervision.
  • A proactive and can-do attitude, with a focus on selling Campden BRI training services.
