Building Skills Coach

In a prison setting, learners face unique challenges. They are often locked up for long periods, away from their families and communities. As a skilled professional, you can play a crucial role in providing them with hope and opportunities to upskill and increase their future employment prospects.
The Dovetail and Slate team offers a range of vocational learning courses, including Carpentry, Bricklaying, Painting & Decorating, Plastering & Tiling, Industrial Cleaning, Barbering, Catering, and Horticulture. As a Construction Tutor, you will work closely with small groups of learners who are working towards gaining their CSCS Card (Construction Skills Certificate Scheme) as well as developing other skills within qualifications.
About the Role- Work schedule: Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week
