Job Description

**Job Title:** Freelance Senior Site Manager

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced and skilled Freelance Senior Site Manager to join our team at Randstad Construction and Property. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and driving the project forward to successful completion.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Site Management:** As the No1 on site, you will report directly to the Contract Manager and be responsible for the overall management of the construction site.
  • **Collaboration:** You will work closely with a Site Manager, Assistant Site Manager, or Trainee Assistant Site Manager to ensure a smooth and efficient construction process.
  • **Quality Control:** You will chair sub-subcontractor meetings, conduct snagging of sub-contractor work, and ensure that all work meets the required quality standards.
  • **Inspections:** You will conduct NHBC stage inspections and ensure that the development passes internal and external inspection processes.
  • **Quality Assurance:** You will drive through quality at every stage of the construction process, monitoring and controlling the quality of production and approving stage completions to payments to subcontractors.
  • **Experience:** You will have new build, residential experience and hold a valid CSCS, Black card.
