About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Investment Administrator to join our team at Quilter Cheviot. As an Investment Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our senior Investment Managers and the wider team in the management and development of our growing client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to administrative client and financial adviser queries by phone, letter, or email, using templates and ensuring all work is saved correctly in a compliant manner.
  • Organize bank payments, issue valuations and tax reports, and provide application paperwork and cost information when requested.
  • Assist the investment managers with ongoing portfolio management, identifying debit positions and forthcoming standing orders, making client and third-party payments, and monitoring incoming and outgoing in-specie or cash transfers.
  • Support the team with the quarterly reporting process and maintain comprehensive databases with up-to-date client details.
  • Liaise with clients and financial advisers to book review meetings, including booking meeting rooms, organizing lunches, liaising with our reception team, and updating team calendars with all details.
  • Record associated expenses and send administrative follow-up as directed by the team.
About You

We are looking for a hardworking, diligent individual with an active interest in the industry and a desire to provide our clients with a high level of personal service. You will need to have good communication and interpersonal skills, be able to act on your own initiative, and work independently. Solid organizational skills to manage your workload and meet deadlines are essential. Experience in a similar role as an Investment Administrator within Wealth or Investment Management is ideal.
