Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with investment experts to deliver tailored administrative assistance
  • Coordinate travel logistics and manage expense reimbursements
  • Become proficient in departmental systems and tools to optimize workflows
  • Support administrative processes and facilitate onboarding for new hires
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance departmental efficiencies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • At least five years of experience as an administrative assistant in the Financial Services sector
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical abilities
  • Proficient in advanced computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with travel coordination and expense management
