About the Role

We are seeking two Senior Learning and Care Support Assistants to coordinate specialist support for students with profound and complex needs at Uxbridge College. This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on student outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to work effectively with students, staff, and external agencies.

This role requires a high degree of organisation and time management skills, ensuring seamless coordination of support services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the provision of specialist support for students with profound and complex needs
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure effective delivery of learning programs
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidates will receive an estimated salary of £23,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits that reflect our commitment to staff well-being and career development.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of special educational needs and disability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of organisation and time management skills

Working Environment

You will be based at Harrow Weald Campus, working 36 hours per week, 40 weeks per year to cover term times. The successful candidates will join a dedicated team committed to providing high-quality education and support services to students.
