Circet UK is seeking an experienced Civils Supervisor to lead our team in Glasgow and surrounding areas.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing workflows, surveying and programming work streams, and organizing staff to carry out required works efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the full project lifecycle from allocation to closure
  • Addressing non-conformance and non-compliance to minimize cost impact
  • Coaching and mentoring field operatives to improve quality and compliance
  • Providing updates and reports to the Works Control and Noticing departments
  • Carrying out in-progress audits and coaching sub-contractors on site

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the SROH, NRSWA accreditation to Supervisor, and experience of dealing with external stakeholders.
