Therapeutic Support Specialist for Complex Needs

About the Role:
We are recruiting a highly skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at Spencer Clarke Group, supporting young people with complex needs.
**Job Summary:**
The successful candidate will provide clinical support across specialist schools and children's homes, working collaboratively with educational and residential staff to create therapeutic living and learning environments.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct clinical assessments and formulate individualised interventions for young people.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure therapeutic support is integrated into all aspects of education, care, and support.
- Offer consultation, workshops, training, and guidance to educational and residential teams.
**Requirements:**
- Be a qualified Speech and Language Therapist registered with the HCPC.
- Experience in delivering therapeutic interventions for children and young people with complex needs.
**Working Environment:
The role involves working with a multi-disciplinary team, supporting young people with autism and additional needs such as ADHD, speech and language difficulties, sensory issues, and associated behavioural difficulties.
**Salary and Benefits:**
£41,983 - £49,717 per annum (includes paid school holidays).
Sutton, Surrey based position.
