Deputy Headteacher - Special Education

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Headteacher to join our team at Chellow Heights Special School. As a senior leader, you will play a key role in supporting the Headteacher in driving forward continuous whole school improvement and developing strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Headteacher to develop and implement school improvement plans.
  • Lead on curriculum development and monitoring the quality of education.
  • Manage staff performance and professional development.
  • Support children with complex needs, including PMLD, SLD, and ASC.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet the needs of children with sensory processing needs.
