Job Description

The Technical Service Delivery Head will lead a team of incident managers and analysts in delivering proactive technology stability for our customers. This role requires a strong understanding of multi-platform technology environments, excellent leadership skills, and experience in crisis management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the allocation of resources, out-of-hours support, and staffing requirements.
  • Develop and empower the incident management team to address complex incidents confidently.
  • Drive productivity within the team, ensuring efficient progress on all initiatives and effective reporting.
  • Govern the incident management process, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors to meet KPIs.
  • Produce comprehensive incident reports and present findings to various audiences, including senior management.
  • Support disaster recovery and contingency testing for all technology platforms.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to the team, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in a related high-profile senior role managing managers.
  • Aptitude to influence and lead groups up to director level.
  • Knowledge and experience in multi-platform technology environments.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Crisis management skills, with the ability to direct work and remain calm under pressure.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and Agile methodology.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of complex support systems and processes.
  • Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.

Compensation and Benefits

This role comes with a competitive salary ranging from £80,000 to £120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Additionally, you can expect a range of benefits, including a generous group bonus scheme, hybrid working arrangement, private medical insurance, and more.
