Retail Department Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Department Manager to lead our horticulture team at Hillier Nurseries Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of horticulture experts to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize plant sales and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve company objectives and maintain a positive work environment.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on plant selection and care.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
