We are seeking a skilled and motivated Retail Department Manager to join our team at Hillier Nurseries Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in the success and growth of our company.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team of horticultural professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to maximize sales and improve customer experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on horticultural products and services.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.
- A competitive salary of £32,500.
