We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Systems and Data Officer to join our client's dynamic team.
About the RoleThe role of the HR Systems implementation assistant involves leading the implementation of a new HR Information System (HRIS), enhancing efficiency, data accuracy, and reporting within the organization.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the end-to-end implementation of HR systems, ensuring smooth rollouts and stakeholder engagement.
- Overseeing data migration processes, ensuring accuracy and integrity in all HR system-related tasks.
- Developing a suite of HR metrics, enabling insightful reporting and decision-making.
- Creating user guides and delivering training to team members on the new HR system.
- Supporting employee relations cases, expanding your HR expertise.
We Offer

Requirements
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of HR systems, metrics, and analytics.
- Have experience in successful HRIS implementations, ideally in education or similar sectors.
- Be detail-oriented, with exceptional data management and organisational skills.
