Nurse Coordinator Lead

An exceptional mental health hospital in the Springfield, Essex area is seeking a highly skilled Night Nurse Coordinator to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Ensure patients receive high-quality care by assessing needs and developing individualized programs.
- Collaborate with Charge Nurses to evaluate nursing staff performance and provide guidance.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure adherence to NMC guidelines.
- Lead by example, promoting high standards of care and directing night nursing teams.
- Support the professional development of night nursing staff, working closely with Charge Nurses.
- Liaise with Charge Nurses to maintain safe staffing levels across the hospital at night.
Requirements
- Sound knowledge of the Mental Health Act.
- Experience in multiple clinical areas provided by the hospital.
- Ability to be flexible and responsive to changing situations.
