Chief Executive Officer

Our client, a renowned Housing Association, is seeking a visionary leader to propel the organisation towards its strategic goals. As Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the Association, driving excellence in equality, performance, quality of services, financial and organisational viability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and propose strategies for endorsement and ensure delivery of approved policies.
  • Cultivate a positive culture of organisational excellence.
  • Develop and implement a strategic vision that aligns with the housing association's mission and objectives.
  • Lead the development and management of the Association's financial strategy, including budget preparation and resource allocation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years experience in a senior management position, preferably within a medium-sized organisation in the not-for-profit sector or public sector.
  • In-depth understanding of housing policy, legislation, and regulatory frameworks in the context of social and affordable housing.
  • Familiarity with models of social housing finance, development, and asset management.
  • Excellent academic background and appropriate professional qualification.
  • Strong decision-making abilities with a focus on data-driven approaches and stakeholder feedback.
