Chief Executive Officer

Our client, a renowned Housing Association, is seeking a visionary leader to drive the organisation's growth and success. As Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for leading the Association's strategic direction, developing and implementing policies, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the overall management of the Association, driving it towards achieving its strategic goals.
  • Develop and propose strategies for endorsement, ensuring the delivery of approved policies.
  • Progress an improvement programme to tackle forthcoming opportunities and challenges.
  • Cultivate a positive culture of organisational excellence, focusing on equality, performance, quality of services, financial and organisational viability.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of five years' experience in a senior management position, preferably in a not-for-profit organisation or the public sector.
  • Experience in managing a multi-disciplinary team and driving organisational change.
  • In-depth understanding of housing policy, legislation, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Familiarity with models of social housing finance, development, and asset management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
