Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at SER (Staffing) Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our clients in the entertainment industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Attend client meetings to showcase our range of high-end entertainment lighting products
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to win over potential clients
- Reignite relationships with old accounts and ensure client retention
- Generate new business through proactive outreach and relationship building
- Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to offer clients the best solutions for their events/installations
- Attend industry-relevant trade shows and exhibitions to network with potential clients and exhibit the latest product ranges
- Proven experience in AV or lighting sales within the entertainment/events industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive, driven attitude with a passion for client relationships
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Full UK Driving License
- Competitive salary of £30K - £60K DOE plus bonuses
- £6K car allowance
- Hybrid working (only 1 day a week in the office after probation)
- 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays
