Learning Support Assistant Role

We are seeking a dedicated learning support assistant to join our team in Manchester schools. As a primary and secondary SEN learning support assistant, you will provide individualized support to students with special educational needs, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.

About the Role:

As a learning support assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective learning plans for students with varying learning difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized support to students with SEN, adapting your approach to meet their unique needs.

• Assist students with SEN in accessing the curriculum and achieving their full potential.

">

• Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with parents/guardians.

Requirements:

• A genuine passion for supporting children with SEN and a commitment to delivering high-quality education.

• Proactive and attentive with excellent communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to changing circumstances.

• A current DBS (or willingness to apply).
