Job Opportunity: Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant

This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates seeking school-based experience or experienced learning support assistants looking for a new challenge. Aspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.

About the Role:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with additional needs such as Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, medical needs, and more.
  • Benefit from exceptional support from both the school and Aspire People.
  • Long-term position, offering competitive pay (£85-£95 per day).
  • Monday to Friday, school hours (term-time only).
  • DBS check required (safeguarding training provided).

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 2:2 degree (Psychology preferred, but all disciplines considered).
  2. Experience with or knowledge of SEN.
  3. Committed to supporting children with SEN and making a positive impact in education.
