We are currently seeking experienced individuals to join our team as Secondary School SEN Specialists in South Manchester.
As a specialist, you will be responsible for providing individualised support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). You will also assist in developing and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and create a positive classroom atmosphere that fosters emotional well-being.
Key responsibilities include managing challenging behaviours, ensuring a safe and supportive environment, and offering guidance and support to students to help them overcome challenges.
Requirements:
- Able to commute daily to South Manchester.
- Prior experience working with adults or young people with SEND needs is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated passion for working in SEND/SEMH schools.
- Compassion and drive to positively impact children's lives.
- Desirable qualifications include Youth Work or Support Work.
- Previous experience working with vulnerable children or young people for at least 3 months.
Compensation:
- Competitive daily pay rates (£100-£150 per day).
- Paid weekly via PAYE.
