We are currently seeking experienced individuals to join our team as Secondary School SEN Specialists in South Manchester.

As a specialist, you will be responsible for providing individualised support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). You will also assist in developing and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and create a positive classroom atmosphere that fosters emotional well-being.

Key responsibilities include managing challenging behaviours, ensuring a safe and supportive environment, and offering guidance and support to students to help them overcome challenges.

Requirements:

  • Able to commute daily to South Manchester.
  • Prior experience working with adults or young people with SEND needs is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated passion for working in SEND/SEMH schools.
  • Compassion and drive to positively impact children's lives.
  • Desirable qualifications include Youth Work or Support Work.
  • Previous experience working with vulnerable children or young people for at least 3 months.

Compensation:

  • Competitive daily pay rates (£100-£150 per day).
  • Paid weekly via PAYE.
