Student Outcomes Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Student Outcomes Tutor to join our team at Anglia Ruskin University. As a Student Outcomes Tutor, you will play a vital role in supporting students across a wide range of disciplines, providing one-to-one and small group support to enhance their academic outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide proactive interventions to encourage student continuation and engagement with studies
- Work closely with priority course teams to develop and implement strategies to improve student outcomes
- Teach at undergraduate and/or postgraduate level, and carry out research as applicable to this role
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement student support initiatives
- Degree in a relevant field
- Previous experience in a student-facing teaching role at HE level
- Knowledge of student information and learning management systems
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work co-operatively as part of a team
