Marketing Communications Executive

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive rebranding strategy.
  2. Support the marketing team with internal and external communications, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective messaging.
  3. Produce high-quality content for various channels, including articles, social media, website, intranet, press releases, biographies, testimonials, and success stories.
  4. Create and implement an internal communications strategy, fostering a culture of transparency and engagement.
  5. Design and manage the firm's new intranet platform, ensuring it meets the needs of the team.
  6. Analyze the impact and effectiveness of all communications activities, using data to inform future strategies.
  7. Support communications for events, presentations, and social media, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  8. Develop relationships with relevant media contacts, where appropriate.
  9. Evolve the company brand and messaging, staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and developments.
  10. Manage administrative tasks, including invoice records, budgets, and other relevant duties.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree-level education and a CIM qualification or equivalent working experience. You will have extensive experience in writing content and producing marketing materials, with a strong understanding of both hard copy and digital marketing communications. Proficiency in metrics, analytics, and evaluating the effectiveness of communications using data is essential. Computer literacy, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is also required. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, such as InDesign and Photoshop, is desirable but not essential.
