Brand Manager - Industrial Cleaning Specialist

Cast UK Limited is seeking a skilled Brand Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing the company's exclusive brand ranges, working closely with customers to understand their requirements and develop insight for future development. The role will involve analyzing sales and market research to identify trends and gaps, and recommending strategies to position the brands for growth. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in brand development and managing a range of consumable products or FMCG's, and will be up-to-date with the latest B2B marketing trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To manage and develop the core brands and their associated product ranges so that company market share is grown and developed in line with targets
  2. To work closely with the other brand managers and marketing teams to develop suitable ranges of sales and marketing collateral
  3. Develop marketing material for product release and updates
  4. Create and present new products, features and benefits to internal and external customers
  5. Analyse sales and market research to identify trends and gaps
  6. Seek competitor advantage and support the generation of effective targeted campaigns
  7. Work closely with customers to understand requirements and develop insight for future development
  8. Review relevant industry trends and feedback to anticipate future development
  9. Recommending strategies to position the brands for growth
  10. Monitoring the performance of a brand through key performance indicators (KPI)
  11. Manage all assets associated with the brands and communicate
  12. Working with internal marketing teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns for the brands to raise awareness and sales penetration
  13. Maintaining and growing the brand's affiliations and partnerships
  14. Understand and develop the vision, mission and product offer and represent the brand's voice and personality - become the Brand Ambassador.
Requirements:

  1. Demonstrates integrity in every aspect of work and dealing with others
  2. Previous experience in brand development and managing a range of consumable products or FMCG's is essential
  3. Up-to-date with latest B2B marketing trends and best practices
  4. Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills
  5. Understanding of sales in the professional cleaning and hygiene sector
  6. Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers and able to present key findings in a timely manner partnered with a creative mind
  7. Strong willingness to learn and develop self
  8. A resilient and motivated to effectively manage relationships with both internal and external customers
  9. Strong and confident team player with ability to confidently push change and direction
  10. Represent and attend conference, trade fairs and shows to gain market knowledge and support brand growth in new areas
  11. Excellent attention to detail
  12. Flexibility and willingness to meet varied hours and some travel is essential to success in this role
  13. Driving licence
