Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive rebranding strategy.
  • Support the marketing team with internal and external communications.
  • Draft and edit communications and materials to create engaging content for various channels.
  • Create and execute an internal comms strategy.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain the firm's new intranet platform.
  • Analyze the impact and effectiveness of all communications activities.
  • Support communications for events, presentations, and social media.
  • Develop relationships with relevant media contacts.
  • Keep updated on new marketing trends and developments.
  • Coordinate invoice records, admin, and updating budgets.

The ideal candidate will be degree level educated, with a CIM qualification or equivalent working experience. They will have extensive experience in writing content and producing marketing material, with knowledge of hard copy and digital marketing communications, including creating SEO website content. They must be comfortable with metrics, analytics, and evaluating the effectiveness of comms using data. Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential, with knowledge of Adobe, such as InDesign and Photoshop, being desirable.
