About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at The Range. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of inventory
  • Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management and control
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve high performance standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 months experience in a warehouse supervisory role or similar
  • Valid Reach and Counterbalance licences
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
