Job Title: Service Leader

We're seeking an experienced and compassionate Service Leader to join our team. As a Service Leader, you'll have the opportunity to lead two teams of dedicated support workers, providing 24-hour assistance to individuals with complex needs.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our service users. You'll be responsible for managing two services, each with its own unique challenges and rewards. Our service users are amazing individuals who value their independence and autonomy. They're studying, working, or pursuing their passions, and they need a supportive and understanding leader to guide them.

As a Service Leader, you'll need to be patient, empathetic, and resilient. You'll work closely with our support workers to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each service user. You'll also be responsible for managing budgets, resources, and staff performance.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A professional qualification in health and social care, such as a nursing degree or social work qualification
  • Experience working in a leadership role in health and social care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong understanding of person-centred care and support
  • The ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
