We are seeking a skilled Conveyancing Assistant to join our busy conveyancing team at Ideal Personnel & Recruitment Solutions Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day running and administration of conveyancing files, including the preparation of standard letters and documents via our Case Management system. Your duties will also include preparing bills and completion statements, setting up and dealing with completions, and handling post-completion matters. Additionally, you will be responsible for complying with our firm's money laundering requirements and assisting in the personal organisation of fee earners through the operation of the Case Management system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of standard letters and documents via the Case Management system.
- Prepare bills and completion statements.
- Set up and deal with completions.
- Handle post-completion matters.
- Comply with the firm's money laundering requirements.
- Assist in the personal organisation of fee earners through the operation of the Case Management system.
Requirements:
- Ability to demonstrate at least 6 months of experience in a conveyancing role.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in the use of Case Management systems.
