Conveyancing Manager

The Role
As a key member of the Conveyancing Team within Shoosmiths, you will be responsible for providing a highly professional conveyancing service to clients. This will involve working closely with colleagues to ensure that all aspects of the conveyancing process are handled efficiently and effectively.
Main Responsibilities
- Undertake all key functions within a conveyancing transaction, demonstrating a high level of technical expertise and customer service skills.
- Supervise paralegals and manage working relationships with all work providers, ensuring that high standards of customer care are maintained at all times.
- Manage a volume caseload with minimal assistance, ensuring that deadlines and targets are met.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, working collaboratively to achieve common goals.
