Conveyancing Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Conveyancing Assistant to join our dynamic team at G2 Legal Limited. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a conveyancing or legal assistant role and will be responsible for assisting Conveyancers in managing a caseload of residential property transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transaction Management: Assist Conveyancers in managing a caseload of residential property transactions from initiation to completion.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and lease agreements.
  • Property Searches: Conduct property searches and liaise with relevant authorities to obtain necessary information.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth progress of transactions.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and update case management systems.
  • Administrative Support: Support in organising and attending meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing client queries promptly and professionally.
