About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Team Member to join our care home team. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional food and hospitality services to our residents. Your dedication to providing high-quality meals and creating a welcoming dining experience will contribute significantly to their overall wellbeing and satisfaction.

A successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. While formal qualifications are not necessary, previous experience in a commercial or care setting would be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To assist in the preparation and cooking of nutritious meals for our residents.
  • To maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment at all times.
  • To provide exceptional customer service to our residents, ensuring their dietary needs and preferences are met.
