Sytner Group is seeking a skilled and dedicated Parts Advisor to support our team at Bentley, Bugatti, McLaren, Pagani, and Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Manchester.

As a Sytner Parts Advisor, you will demonstrate a collaborative approach, effectively communicating with internal and external customers/suppliers. You will ensure that all requests are handled promptly, and provide support and assistance to colleagues and customers with parts identification, searching, and sourcing.

You will also be responsible for maintaining the parts stock room and managing stock levels, including ordering and selling a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories.

Sytner Parts Advisors work flexible patterns, which may include weekends, to provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

About You

We are looking for an individual with experience in a similar role within the motor industry and strong IT skills.

High levels of organization and attention to detail are required for this role. Excellent communication skills and customer-facing experience are essential, as you will be interacting with customers both face-to-face and over the phone.

We are seeking someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has the ability to provide expert advice on our products and services.
