- Act as the first point of contact for designated Managers on a range of HR matters.
- Support designated Managers with the effective handling of their day-to-day HR issues, including absence management, discipline & grievance, recruitment, succession planning, people development, and training needs.
- Support with compensation change requests, merit review process, bonus plan, and objective setting and implementation.
- Support the business and its employees during change programs, maintaining positive employee relations and successful implementation of change.
