About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team as a Business Partner. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic organization and contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the business is compliant with current UK employment legislation and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local management teams to provide a valued contribution to the company in a multicultural environment.
  • Act as the first point of contact for designated Managers on a range of HR matters.
  • Support designated Managers with the effective handling of their day-to-day HR issues, including absence management, discipline & grievance, recruitment, succession planning, people development, and training needs.
  • Support with compensation change requests, merit review process, bonus plan, and objective setting and implementation.
  • Support the business and its employees during change programs, maintaining positive employee relations and successful implementation of change.

What We're Looking For
  • CIPD qualified.

  • Autonomous, credible, and solutions-focused.
  • Ability to navigate through ambiguity.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Full UK driving license and mobility for business trips in the UK.
