Job Title: Financial Crime Training Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Crime Training Manager to join our team at Barclays. As a key member of our Risk Function, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the Financial Crime training and competency framework across Retail, including induction accreditation and ongoing training of Financial Crime colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive training and competency framework for Financial Crime colleagues, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of Financial Crime colleagues, including induction, ongoing training, and refresher courses.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that training and competency requirements are aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making recommendations for improvement and ensuring that training is aligned with industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing training and competency frameworks, with a focus on Financial Crime.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address training needs.
  • Knowledge of Financial Crime regulations and industry best practices.
