Our Financial Crime team is dedicated to safeguarding our organization and its customers from various types of financial crime. Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze fraud alerts across various systems to make informed decisions and mitigate potential risks.
- Investigate complex fraud cases and educate customers through written and verbal channels.
- Support and build relationships with other Financial Crime Operational teams to achieve Quality Targets.
- Work independently and organize your own workload.
