What We're Looking For

We seek an experienced Sous Chef or Senior CDP who embodies leadership qualities, a passion for quality food, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. As our ideal candidate, you will:

  • Have a proven track record of championing excellent service through quality food.
  • Demonstrate a natural ability to lead and develop a team.
  • Be an active, hands-on Chef with excellent communication skills.
  • Take ownership of kitchen staff rota, training, and health and safety, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Collaborate with your Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes for our menus and daily specials.
  • Demonstrate exceptional planning and organizational skills to maintain effective controls on GP and labor.
  • Drive sales and growth through engagement with both kitchen and front-of-house teams.
