What We're Looking For:

We're seeking an experienced Sous Chef or Senior CDP who is passionate about delivering exceptional food and service. As a natural leader, you'll have a proven track record of championing excellent service through quality food, and be able to demonstrate your creativity and ability to design and deliver new dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the kitchen staff rota, training, and health and safety effectively at all times.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to design and deliver new menus and daily specials.
  • Drive sales and deliver growth through engagement with both kitchen and front of house teams.
  • Develop and implement effective controls to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
